Dawn has been with us since May 1998 after first seeking our help as a patient. She can vouch from both sides of the desk what a great place this is to be! She is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Music. She enjoys volunteering as a vocalist in church music ministry and shares her other musical talents as well. Her favorite pastimes include reading, camping, hiking and bike rides with husband Frank and grown children Andrew and Amy.

Suzi met both Drs. Bryan and Bruce Born as instructors at a massage therapy school before she graduated. She has also experienced the office from a patient’s point of view. Joining our staff in October 2006, she brings a wealth of experience in compassionate patient service, and we expect you’ll be just as taken with her friendly demeanor as we are!

An addition to the office near the end of 2007, Mark is very excited to be working with this great group of people. He met this family of doctors during his schooling for massage therapy a few years back. He loves challenges of all kinds from the physical, soccer and Jiu Jitsu, to the spiritual, Lao Tzu and volunteer activities. Being here is an opportunity to learn and grow for Mark and he looks forward to doing so with patients, staff and doctors alike.

Cindy joined our office family in March of 2009 after first becoming a patient. She has a 24 year old daughter who was recently married, and a 3 year old daughter with her husband Russ. She’s long nurtured a passion for marine aquatics, and in 2006 started Aqua Dreamscapes, a full-service company for installing and maintaining freshwater, saltwater and even the rare brackish water aquarium systems for brilliant aquascapes. She maintains that business with employees to this day, and (in the rest of her spare time) enjoys horseback riding, back-country hiking, reading and playing computer games. In a former life, Cindy spent 15 years programming and doing systems integration of industrial robot systems for a robotics manufacturer out of Dayton, OH. Though Cindy has lived in other states, she was raised, and has always been drawn to her home state of Michigan, which she believes has incomparable beauty. Most of her family are Michiganders as well. Cindy’s dream is to someday open and run a home/school for pregnant teens.

Radelia (Bay) Joined our family in Early 2008. Before joining us, she accepted early retirement from the US Postal Service after 30 years of service. She has an AS Degree and a BS/MKT Degree, and is working towards a goal in Nursing. Her hobbies are sewing, knitting, crocheting and meeting people. She has a daily goal of encouraging at least one person to smile and feel better about themselves, regardless of any physical or emotional toils they may be experiencing. Life’s experiences have taught her that life is not a promise and that we should cherish each day and appreciate the opportunity of being allowed to awaken to a new day.
